Department tasks:

Features of the foreign students employment in Russia.

By the Federal law of Russian Federation by 25.07.2002 № 115-ФЗ «On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation».

From August 5, 2020, foreign students of Russian universities can work without official permission if four conditions are met:

• You study on a full-time basis;
• You study at an institution of higher or secondary vocational education;
• You are studying according to the main professional educational program that has state accreditation;
• You will work in your free time
